The deadline to submit a Consent to Join, Claim Form, & Release was September 23, 2025. If you did not submit your Consent to Join, Claim Form, & Release prior to September 23, 2025, you will not receive any settlement payment and will not release any claims. However, the statute of limitations will continue to run on your claim.

If you timely and fully completed and submitted the Consent to Join, Claim Form, & Release, you will receive your settlement payment. Payments are scheduled to mail on October 14, 2025 – please allow up to two weeks for your check to be delivered.
